Police Authorities Man Accused of Theft & Assault
In a shocking incident, a man was arrested in Barangay Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City last Friday on allegations of theft and rape.
The 23-year-old suspect was apprehended during a patrol conducted by the Mandaluyong Police Sub-Station 2.
