The weather agency has also warned the fisherfolk of high waves in some coastal waters along northern parts of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon. A gale warning has been also raised in Batanes, Cagayan including the Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and La Union.
