The LPA will bring cloudy weather with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.

“Sa kasalukuyan hindi natin tinatanggal ‘yung scenario na malulusaw siya (LPA) although makikita rin nating maaari siyang lumayo sa landmass,” PAGASA weather specialist Veronica Torres said.

Amihan will bring cloudy skies with rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

The localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather conditions with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro.

The northeast monsoon will also bring similar weather condition over Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region. The LPA and localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

The weather agency has warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon will be moderate to rough. The eastern sections as well as the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have slight to moderate surrounding sea condition, according to the weather bureau.
