Celeste Cortesi Says Michelle Dee Will Win Miss Universe Philippines 2023

CELESTE CORTESI – Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi believes her friend and fellow beauty queen, Michelle Dee, will win MUPH 2023.

Michelle Dee is the daughter of Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez and businessman Frederick Dee. She’s a model, actress, and beauty queen. She had previously been named Miss World Philippines 2019.

The 27-year-old celebrity won the Miss Universe Philippines Tourism title last year, finishing second to Celeste Cortesi, who won the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 title. Celeste and Michelle got to know each other during the course of the MUPH competition.

The official TOP 40 candidates for Miss Universe Philippines 2023 were announced last week. The Kapuso star has declared that she would continue her pageant journey.

The beauty queen stated that she is willing to fight for the MUPH 2023 title till her last breath. She stated that she did not want to live with regrets for not doing everything she could have done. During a guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Michelle revealed her game plan for MUPH 2023.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Celeste Cortesi believes that Michelle will win the Miss Universe Philippines this year. She said that she is happy that her friend and fellow beauty queen is joining the pageant for the second time.

“Sobrang masaya ako,” said the Fil-Italian beauty queen, when asked about Michelle’s return to the pageant scene. “I’m very proud of her and I know that this year, she can really get it.”

“So I will stand behind her,” Celeste added.
