AIKO MELENDEZ – Actress-politician Aiko Melendez celebrated her birthday with a star-studded bash.
Filipina actress and politician Mary Aiko Shimoji Melendez professionally known as Aiko Melendez is one of the famous celebrities in the country. She is currently dating Zambales’s 1st district representative Jefferson “Jay” Khonghun.
The Kapuso actress’ birthday is on December 16 and a celebration happened. She recently shared snaps from her birthday party on Instagram.
Aiko Melendez’s family and close friends joined her in celebrating her birthday at a Filipino restaurant in Quezon City. Vice President Sara Duterte was one of the notable guests at her party.
Her children Andrei Yllana and Marthena Jickain, as well as her partner, Congressman Jay Khonghun, are present during the gathering.

In a previous article, Aiko shared her reaction to the controversial “snubbing” issues of celebrities. She said, “My take and View sa pagiging snob ng mga artista. Ako kasi kapag me bumabati sa akin o magpapapicture kahit gaano na ako kapagod pinagbibigyan ko. Ang rason ko lagi hindi naman naten alam kung first and last encounter mo na du’n sa taong ‘yun eh so ‘yung mga simpleng gestures like saying HI! Or pagbigyan ng picture taking ok lang yan.”
