Celebrities and politicians attended the birthday party of Aiko Melendez
Actress-politician Aiko Melendez thanked Vice President Sara Duterte for coming to her birthday party.
Aiko’s birthday is on December 16 and a celebration happened. In her recent Instagram posts, the actress-politician shared photos taken during her birthday party. One of the prominent people who attended the party was VP Sara.
In her caption, Aiko expressed gratitude to the Vice President for coming to her party and for staying for quite a while. Indeed, she is ecstatic to have VP Sara as one of her visitors.
“Madam VP @indaysaraduterte Maraming salamat for coming to my party po. Iam still in cloud 9. And thank you for staying long also [green heart emoji] Fan girling moment for me. Finally!!! In one picture together. This is far my best birthday ever [person with folded hands emoji, green heart emoji] Vice President of Republic of the Philippines,” Aiko wrote in the caption of her post.
Aiko also shared photos with other politicians like Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte and Senator Bong Go.
Many friends of the Kapuso star also came and celebrated with her including her manager Ogie Diaz and her closest friends in showbiz like Vina Morales and Sunshine Cruz.
Meanwhile, in a recent social media post, Aiko Melendez shared her thoughts on celebrities who are being snobbish. As a seasoned actress, she advised younger stars to be more accommodating to their fans because it might be the last chance that they will have to encounter those people.
Aiko is currently still doing showbiz engagements while serving as a councilor of Quezon City.
