Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano clarified his tweet asking for a “miraculous touch” that made his fans worried.
Gary is one of the icons in the music industry in the Philippines. His popularity resonates with fans of all ages. He is known for providing unmatched entertainment in concerts that is he is called Mr. Pure Energy.
Just recently, the singer-songwriter caught the attention of the online community. It is because of his Twitter post that was somehow cryptic. Gary appeared to have shared his prayer.
“Lord…I’m going to need your miraculous touch to get me through tonight and the next few nights to come. Help me not lose the sense and spirit of Christmas in the middle of [all these] challenges. Kindly help in keeping me healthy at all times Lord,” Gary Valenciano wrote in his tweet on December 14.
This made his fans worried and wondered what could be his current condition. It is known to many that Gary has faced many challenges when it comes to his health.
Throughout the years, the seasoned performer shared that he has several medical conditions such as type 1 diabetes, tuberculosis, hepatitis, open heart surgery, and kidney cancer.
Following his cryptic tweet, the singer-songwriter clarified that he is getting much better. He also thanked everyone who showed support and offered a prayer for him.
“Looks like my last tweet caused many to panic. My apologies. Thanks for your genuine concern. I’m on my way to getting much better, friends. We all hit moments when our bodies just need to rest and I know that’s what I need. I love you all. Thanks again. I’m OK.” Gary Valenciano said.
In an interview last September, the seasoned performer shared that years ago, he felt like he was a chemist because of his diabetes. It is because back then, there was no finger pricking of blood, he had to do it through a test tube, a tablet, and urine,”
