A Christmas carol is a song with the theme of Christmas that is typically sung on Christmas or around the holiday season. The word “Noel” has occasionally been employed, particularly in reference to French-language carols. Christmas music as a whole can be divided into Christmas carols as a subset.

Caroling has been already a part of Filipino culture and tradition throughout the decades. Most people enjoy singing Christmas carols and receiving money in return.
