DELIVERY RIDER – A female customer had an exchange of heated argument with a delivery rider for receiving a wrong item.

Delivery rider is an employee for a courier company who was tasked to deliver the order of customers. However, there are some instances wherein sellers accidentally send the wrong items to their clients.

Some customers were blaming delivery workers for receiving bogus or wrong parcels. Courier employees were not responsible or liable for the items as long as they can deliver it safely to their customers.

The Facebook page Radyo Bandera-Bacolod City/Negros Occidental has shared video footage of a female customer having an argument with a delivery rider. The video elicits comments from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that the lady customer and her colleagues were having an argument with a delivery rider. The customer has expressed her disappointment after receiving the wrong item.

The customer and her colleagues were blaming the delivery employee for the wrong parcel. The residents even filmed the incident and recorded the rider’s plate number for a blotter report.

The delivery worker politely explained the situation but the customers did not understand his side.

The hardworking rider explained that the customer need to go to the office for a report. However, the residents refused and demanded him to return the money.
