Delivery Rider Expresses Dismay After Customer Accused Him as “Scammer” for Receiving Wrong Item
A delivery rider has expressed his disappointment to his customer blaming him over ‘bogus’ parcel: “Wag nyo kmi idamay mga rider kung na scam kayo”.
A Facebook user named Henry Macajilos has shared the video footage of his customer who blamed him after receiving the wrong item. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the male customer is complaining after he received the wrong item. He returned the parcel and asked the delivery worker to return his money during the transaction.
The customer even blamed the delivery employee for the wrong item and called it a “Scam”. The client repeatedly criticized the rider for delivering the wrong item. He even accused the rider of conniving with scammers.
“Lolokohin pa tayo, nag-aral pa tayo ng limang taon sa eskwelahan para lang lokohin ng mga ganyang tao, ikaw kuya ang sangkot mo diyan kinuha mo pera ko, hindi ka sigurado sa dineliver mo kung ano,” the customer said.
The delivery worker clarified that he has no idea about the parcel’s content but the customer did not accept his explanation. The male client even instructed him to check the items before delivering the parcels.
“Next time sir huwag niyo ko husgahan kung ano man ang pagkatao ko huwag ka magsalita na hindi niyo naman ako kilala, huwag niyo ako husgahan na scammer ako,” Macajilos explained.
