Partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected over the entire Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, and Marinduque.

PAGASA said that most parts of the country will have warm weather and clear skies throughout the day.

The weather agency has warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Extreme Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas will be moderate. The remaining parts of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.
