Kris Aquino Breaks Social Media Silence
KRIS AQUINO – The Queen of All Media who is now abroad for her treatment spoke about her health condition and the extreme pain she’s feeling.
For several months now, actress-TV host Kris Aquino is in the United States for her treatment. She was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. However, the challenge of treating her is doubled by her allergy towards several medicines.
Kris flew with her two (2) sons, Josh and Bimby, abroad. For a few months, she was silent on social media and no updates were posted about her condition. Her family and friends keep on praying for her recovery as she fights for her life for her two (2) sons.
Recently, Kris Aquino broke her social media hiatus. On an Instagram post, she expressed her gratitude to everyone who is praying for her with special mention to the Bishop Socrates Villegas, the Carmelite sisters in Quezon, and Minister Joji and her INC friends.
According to Kris, she was signed up in a hospital’s Center for Rare and Undiagnosed Illnesses. She has a team of doctors as the results of her latest test were conflicting. She shared that the process abroad is different and she will be undergoing tests early 2023. The results will help her doctors determine the treatment for her.
“Pang case study daw ako – 1 person with multiple autoimmune conditions & over 100 known allergic or adverse reactions to medication,” she wrote.
Kris Aquino stated that she and her sonsw who are the reasons why she is fighting hard for her life already filed for the extension of their stay in U.S. They should not go out from U.S. until it is granted.
On her Instagram post, Kris stressed that she is fighting against the extreme pain which she described as “sagad sa buto”, constant fatigue, shortness of breath, non-stop dry cough, and “awful sense of balance” because she wants to get well and be healthy so she can still be a mom to her children.
