What could be the reason why Vice Ganda has been absent from Showtime for a long time now?
VICE GANDA – The absence of Vice Ganda on Its Showtime gets attention and this is what Ogie Diaz said about this.
For one straight week, Kapamilya noontime show Its Showtime seemingly lost a huge chunk of the show. Kapamilya superstar, one of the main hosts, was absent from the show for many days now and many of its viewers are looking for him.
His banters were missed. His jokes are not heard anymore. And the show is not as lively when he is not around. His loud voice is missing. One may deny this or not but probably, a huge fraction of why people are into the show is because of the entertainment and laughter that only a Vice Ganda can provide.
Since he is a big part of the show, many missed him. What could be the reason why he is not seen on television these days?
In the latest video of Ogie Diaz, he shared that the Kapamilya star is “imbyerna” to some hosts. Based on how he has known him, he did not like inconsistencies. He doesn’t like hosts who are always not around, who are absent without a valid reason, and the hosts who just disappear amid the airing of the program.
“Parang si Vice ang laging bumabangka wala naman sang kasaluhan, wala siyang kabatuhan,” Diaz said. The host did not disclose any more details but towards the end of the narrative, he intriguingly said, “Maaayos din naman yan.”
In Showtime, on the other hand, Vhong Navarro is still missing because of the charges and accusations against him. Anne Curtis remains on a schedule for her appearance and Jhong Hilario is also not seen every day because of his work as a politician.

showtime hosts are not at par with Vice nor supportive of Vice’s banters…i feel Amy Perez who always looks sleepy, Karylle na madalas absent, should call it a day✌️…The show is about fun and the hosts should be naturally funny, not struggling to be funny..no offense guyz.
Okay lang yan nandyan naman si Ogie Alcasid wholesome ang joke at hindi nakakainsulto ng tao. This time itaas na natin ang level ng pagpapatawa yung hindi mo gagawing kenkoy ang ibang tao on national tv kasi ginagaya ng mga bata at nagiging normal ng lumaking bastos dahil sa napapanood nila sa tv.

If it’s true that she has problem with her co staff, have a meeting and come up with a solution but don’t let the show suffers and let the fans wonders . The show must go on, be professional and show yourself. She has a job to do and let the higher ups find a solution. Don’t be like a little kid that because naiimbiyerna ka, hindi ka papasok. Where is the professionalism. I hope that is not the real reason and maybe much deeper than that.

It is true that Vice Ganda is the life of Showtime. Without him, the show becomes dull. While I’m not a big fan of him, I give credit where credit is due. Viewers are at a loss without him because the jokes he injects are reflective of the fabric of Filipino humor.
