Award-winning actress Charlie Dizon shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to her husband, award-winning actor Carlo Aquino, as he celebrated his birthday on September 3.
The actress posted a series of photos and videos capturing memorable moments they had as a couple. She showcased just how kind and sweet Carlo is as a husband.
One video showed that the actor was giving his wife a massage, while another clip featured him cooking. There are also some photos showing that he was ironing clothes, driving for his wife, holding an umbrella for her, and caring for their pet.
Charlie Dizon highlighted their moments filled with laughter and playful banter. In her caption, the actress expressed her gratitude for getting to see all sides of her husband, including those not known to the public, and for his genuine nature.
“Happy birthday to my husband, my favorite person, and my favorite view. These are the little moments I love the most, the ones where you’re simply being you. I’m so grateful that I get to see all the sides of you that not everyone gets to see—your kindness, patience, thoughtfulness, your silly side, and the way you love and care for the people around you,” she wrote.
That is why she hopes that all the kindness Carlo shows will also come back to him. Then, she shared her wish for her husband.

The couple first met on the set of the series A Soldier’s Heart in 2020. They became closer, and their connection grew into a romance much later, especially after traveling together for a Star Magic US tour in August 2022.
Charlie Dizon and Carlo Aquino tied the knot in a private garden ceremony on June 9, 2024, in Silang, Cavite. Several top ABS-CBN executives and close celebrity friends attended the couple’s wedding.
