Dennis Padilla Says Karen Davila Also Needs To Interview Him

DENNIS PADILLA – Comedian Dennis Padilla said that Karen Davila also needs to interview him as well after she conducted the same with Julia Barretto.

Julia Barretto, Leon Barretto, and Claudia Barretto are Dennis Padilla’s children with his former wife, Marjorie Barretto. In the vlog of ABS-CBN broadcaster Karen Davila that was released last, September 15, Julia unleashed some explosive details about her father.

The 25-year-old celebrity admitted that they are still not on speaking terms with Dennis. Julia said that she eventually reached a point when she found it difficult to forgive him. Although she is capable of forgiveness and will never become ungrateful in the process, she is not yet ready.

Julia Barretto said she has endured so much suffering since she was a child, and everything has since turned into a vicious cycle. She soon grew tired of their on-and-off relationship because of how inconsistent it was.

She hopes that one day they will meet, make amends, and no longer cause each other pain. She wants to take a break from it. She admitted that although Dennis had tried to get in touch with them, she wasn’t ready.

“I just need more love from him. More love, more protection. I just feel like he should be my number one protector and that’s not really what I’m getting right now from him. So it does hurt because dapat siya yung tinatakbuhan ko, di ba? But it is sad that I can’t. So I pray for it,” Julia said.

Dennis Padilla, however, said that some of his daughter’s statements are not wholly accurate. Through an IG post, the actor asked Karen to be fair to all. He said that the journalist also needs to interview him as well after she conducted an interview with Julia.

“Maraming mali sa alam ni julia… Waiting sa reply mo ty,” Dennis wrote.
