The Southwest Monsoon will be affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. It will bring cloudy condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro.
Partly cloudy to cloudy weather condition with isolated rainshowers or thundestorms is expected over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, rest of Visayas as well as Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
The weather agency also advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over northern Luzon as well as the remaining parts of the country will be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
