Maggie Wilson Legal Camp Issues Statement “Persecution, Humiliation”

Here’s the statement from the legal camp of Maggie Wilson over the “malevolent acts” of Victor Consunji.

MAGGIE WILSON – Former beauty queen Maggie Wilson’s legal camp expresses warning over Victor Consunji’s “malevolent acts”.

In a previous article, former beauty queen and host Margaret “Maggie” Nales Wilson-Consunji shared a video of her home where some people have forced entered their homes. It was done illegally and she called out the attention of the local government and other authorities concerned to deal with the matter.

The people who illegally entered her home with “no notice, no warrant, and no proper paperwork” are the people from Victor Consunji Development Corporation (VCDC) and DMCI. VCDC is a company owned by her estranged husband. It was also condemned for a “blatant display of power and influence”.

And now, a statement has been released about the said “persecution” from the legal camp of the former beauty queen with the signatories of Managing Partner of Divina Law Atty. Nilo Divina, Atty. Estrella Elamparo, Atty. Mikko Angela Axalan-Pocio, Atty. Lorenzo Luigi Gayya, Atty. Joseph Lorenz Asuncion, Atty. Shaina Marie Santos, and Atty. Angelica Mae Destajo.

A part of the statement stated:

This harrowing incident has caused severe trauma and humiliation to the occupants of the house, as well as Ms. Wilson. Their security and privacy were invidiously violated, leaving them to fear for their lives and safety. It is public knowledge that Ms. Wilson is estranged from her spouse, Mr. Victor Consunji, the Chief Executive Officer of VCDC.

Such estrangement, however, does not and cannot justify the malevolent act of har**sment and persecution against his wife and her family.

Maggie Wilson

Victor and Maggie share a son. In a statement released announcing their split, the two expressed that their separation was done in a peaceful manner. It furthered that they remained friends, however, with the current events happening now, it seems like the friendship they mentioned was not taken seriously.
