The 23-year-old actress Barbie Imperial is now in a relationship with actor Diego Loyzaga. Last December, he had this grand surprise for her to celebrate their first year anniversary as a couple but shortly after that sweet surprise, rumors about their split emerged. They don’t post photos of them together anymore and Diego flew to the United States all of a sudden without her.

In a report, he revealed that Barbie has no VISA yet which is why she cannot go with him abroad. And staying in America has dawned some realizations on the actor – he loves it there and he has found a home in there based on a previous article. Everything seems to be perfect with Diego’s mother, actress Teresa Loyzaga, being supportive of them until the rumors erupted.

And now, with such rumors floating for quite a while now, the actress finally spoke about it and confirmed that they are no longer together. She did not elaborate on the reason that led to their split but she shared some reasons why it always happens with her past boyfriends and the lessons she learned from her past relationships.

“Natutunan ko na baka kaya pauli-ulit na nangyayari sa akin ‘to kasi hindi ko minamahal yung sarili ko. Kasi it’s like all the same stories each boyfriend, so for me, parang what if ibahin ko ngayon? Sarili ko naman ang mahalin ko?” she expressed.

To recall, when they first confirmed their relationship, Barbie said that she never expected to fall for someone she thought would just be her friend forever. And with the blooming of love in between them, she is happy because she has found both love and friendship in him. However, their bliss did not last long.
