Ping Lacson was asked about this statement of Bongbong Marcos against Jessica Soho
Senator Ping Lacson shared his reaction to the “biased” accusation of former Senator Bongbong Marcos against Kapuso seasoned journalist Jessica Soho.
BBM was the only presidential aspirant among the top 5 candidates who refused to join the presidential interviews hosted by the Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho host.
Marcos believed that Soho is “biased against the Marcoses” and so he declined the invitation of GMA-7 to be part of the presidential interviews. The GMA Network contradicted this statement of the presidential candidate against the seasoned journalist citing the recognition that she received from local and foreign organizations.
In line with this, Lacson was asked to react. He is among the presidential aspirants who accepted the invitation from GMA along with Vice President Leni Robredo, Senator Manny Pacquiao, and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.
Senator Ping Lacson, based on the report from Philstar Life, said that he does not think that Jessica Soho is biased. It is because he already received “hostile” questions from the Kapuso journalist.
“Jessica Soho, biased? I was asked very hostile questions like my role during martial law, why I evaded arrest in 2010, my co-authorship and sponsorship of the Anti-Terro Law, human rights issues and other hard questions. I don’t think so,” the Senator said.
Meanwhile, in a previous article, the wife of the Senator revealed that he used to be a good dancer. Alice Lacson said that this was one of the things that she admired about her husband. However, she said that now, Ping Lacson will no longer dance no matter how one will persuade him.
