Newlywed Couple Files Complaint Against Catering Services Over Bad Wedding Reception
A newlywed couple files a complaint against catering services after their supposed to be happy wedding reception turned into a nightmare.
The newlyweds will never forget their embarrassing experience at their wedding reception, which should have been a pleasant event in their life. Newlyweds John Michael and Arra Saflor complained about ‘Mhine Catering Services,’ operated by Jepie Gutierrez, on the show ‘Raffy Tulfo in Action: Wanted sa Radyo.’
When the couple arrived at the reception site after their wedding, there was not a single chair, table, or decoration there, according to the couple. Even more ‘windy’ was the fact that the food was delivered in a plastic wrapper. They were able to undertake culinary tastings and place orders for 100 people for a total of P29,200.

The couple had been together for eight years before deciding to marry, so this unexpected encounter was highly upsetting for them. According to the couple, they had a 10:00 a.m. meeting with the caterer, but the waiters did not appear until after 1:00 p.m. and did not deliver anything.
The couple has already chosen to seek assistance from Atty. Raffy Tulfo through Raffy Tulfo’s program. Mhines Catering Services will be bound by Sam Ferrer. Gutierrez put the blame on the wedding celebration cook he hired. He stated that they have a business permit and that he is prepared in the event that such an incident turns into a case.
He is also said to have expressed regret to the couple. He stated that his team was late to the wedding reception site on that particular day. Someone else allegedly leased seats and tables for the bride and groom, according to his staff’s statement.
But, according to Attorney Atty. Ferrer, it’s evident that the catering services didn’t keep its end of the bargain. The couple, on the other hand, stated that even if they were offered a significant quantity of money, they would not settle their case.
