PAGASA Says ITCZ to Bring Rainy Conditions Over Parts of PH

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone would bring cloudy to rainy conditions over some parts of the country.

On Saturday (July 10, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released he latest weather update in the country. The Intertropical Convergence Zone would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet and Aurora.

The ITCZ would bring similar weather conditions over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon as well as Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The weather disturbance would also bring cloudy condition with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms over Visayas and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands as well as Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over the northern Luzon, Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro and the rest of the archipelago would be slight to moderate.
