Bea Alonzo shares a few details about her decision to transfer to the Kapuso network
A-list actress Bea Alonzo revealed something about the negotiation that happened between her camp and the management of GMA-7.
These past few months, speculations about the network transfer of Bea have been circulating. It was reported previously that she received an offer from the Kapuso network and that the negotiation was already happening.
On July 1, after a few teasers have been released, it was finally confirmed that Bea Alonzo is now a Kapuso. In the virtual media conference after the contract signing, the A-list actress expressed that having this career move feels right, based on the article in PEP.
“It feels so good. I feel very empowered. And, to be honest, I feel like it came at the right time, and it feels good, it feels right,” she said adding that having this in her heart gives her a beautiful feeling. Bea also revealed that it took them a lot of months since these past year has been challenging for her as well.
“And it gave me a time to think and reflect on the things about my life, what I really want to do. How do I want to move on and what else do I want to do, what else who I want to chase when it comes to my dreams,” the A-list actress shared.
Bea Alonzo also said that when the offer from GMA came to her, she considered it as a blessing. Then, the negotiation happened and for her she would say it was a “hindi siya mabigat na type of negotiation.”
She added that there was a “respect for each other’s boundaries”. “Parang for me, it totally just came naturally, it totally flowed just naturally. And here I am, I am officially a Kapuso,” Bea said.
