Nadine Lustre shared what happened after she and James Reid broke up
Actress-singer Nadine Lustre said something about leaving her shared home with ex-boyfriend James Reid after their breakup.
Even after they separated, Nadine and James remained as friends. They are still supporting each other when it comes to their showbiz career.
In a recent interview by Karen Davila Nadine admitted that James is her great love. “I think he was a great love [because] we learned a lot of things. We grew a lot. We were helping out each other. Hindi siya ‘yung basta-basta lang na pa-sweet lang,” the actress-singer said.
Nadine Lustre added that there was no hurt feeling when she and James Reid decided to end their relationship. She said that it was their mutual decision in order to focus on their priorities.
“It wasn’t really a bad breakup. We just wanted to work on ourselves,” she said. “He had to take care of his family, focus on his career, and I had to focus on my career and take care of my family and myself. That’s why we remained friends,” she explained.
Nadine also said that when she left their shared home, it was a new chapter for her. “When I moved out, it was a start of a new chapter. [Because] I had to grow, we both had to grow,” the actress-singer said.
Nadine Lustre said that it is not impossible that she will fall in love again. She believes that if the two persons are really meant to be together, then, things will eventually fall into place.
