Jollibee Crew Laments “Hindi customer care ang social media” After Fried Towel Issue Goes Viral
A Jollibee crew has posted a reminder to the customers with complaints to fast-food chains: “Hindi customer care ang social media”.
A Facebook user named Edmar Dizon has posted a reminder on his social media account warning the netizens that social media is not a customer care. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Dizon reminded the public that social media is not a customer care and give some tips on what to after experiencing a poor quality service from food establishments. He is discouraging the public to rant on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Edmar said that complainants should contact the customer care and had a good discussion with the management to settle the issue. He advised the complainants to let the company discipline and punish the employees liable for the poor service.
The Jollibee crew made his post to show support to the fast-food chain and explained that the ‘fried towel’ issue was just an isolated case. He also want the lady complainant to face charges because of her post.

Ano ba ang tamang gawin kapag may na experience na hindi maganda sa service o product ng isang certain brand? Kailangan ba ipost sa facebook for awareness? Kailangan magpa Tulfo? Mali! Very wrong!
Tawagan mo yung customer care ng certain brand, pwede ung mismong branch makipag usap ng maayos mag-demand ng tama
Hayaan mo silang i-correct yung naging mali nila at yung bad experience mo. Maling mali na ipost sa social media at sabihin na para yun sa awareness ng iba.
2011 nung mag start ako kay Jollibee at fry ang una kong station kaya nakakapagtaka talaga na na-bread at naisalang sa fryer ung towel.
Nakakalungkot din na may iba kang dating katrabaho na wala na ngayon sa Jollibee at yung iba kay Jollibee pa rin nagwowork na shinare pa sa kanilang wall yung post regarding sa fried towel. Napaka insensitive lang, kasiraan na ng brand shinare pa.
I posted this to show support to Jollibee Isolated case yan hindi ibig sabihin sa lahat ng branch fried towel ang makukuha nyo sa halip na Chicken Joy. Sa Jollibee bida pa rin ang saya at sa Jollibee ka pa rin makakatikim ng Juicylicious Crispylicious Chicken Joy.
Laban Jollibee! Kasuhan ung babaeng bida bida sarap painumin ng milktea gawa sa laman ng grease trap! char!”
