Police Crashed and Suffer Injuries after Motorcycle Driven Hit a Stray Dog
An Ilocos Sur police suffer injuries after his motorcycle crashed when he hit a stray dog in the road of barangay Aggay, Bantay.
Based on the report, the victim was identified as PSSg Renevic Rabang y Palacpac, 33, member of the Philippine National Police (PNP), assigned to PHQ, ISPPO, resident of Brgy. Balaleng, Laudenia of the said town.

In the initial investigation, the victim was riding a Rusi Swish Mono ZX 125 motorcycle and heading west. While riding his motorcycle to his destination, a stray dog suddenly crossed the road and collided with the victim.
The victim was immediately rushed to Metro Vigan Cooperative Hospital after the incident. He suffers some injuries, while the dog’s condition was not yet determined.
Nowadays, motorcycle riders condemn pet owners, especially dog owners, for their negligence. There are some motorists who got into accidents due to stray animals loitering along the road.
