Lady Motorist Not Wearing Helmet Died After Hitting a Street Dog
LADY MOTORIST – A woman who is not wearing head protection died after hitting a dog roaming in the street while she was riding her motorcycle.
On Biliran Island Facebook post, a 41-years-old lady was declared dead on arrival after getting into a motorcycle accident. According to the post, the woman died after the motorcycle driven by her husband hit a dog in the street of Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran.
The victim was identified as Genelyn Barrina Dedal, a wife, residing in Barangay P. I. Garcia. According to a report by the Naval Police Municipal Station, a dog suddenly crosses the road and collides with her motorcycle (Yamaha Mio 125i) that caused the couple to be thrown out of the cement.

The husband who was driving the motor was injured while the wife was severly injured as her head was hardly hit the cement. The couple was rushed to the hospital but his wife lost his life.
For the last time the husband took off his clothes and covered the blood on his wife’s head, based on the photos. The woman could possibly survive the accident if she and her husband wear head protective gear.
This is one of the reason netizens have pointed out to her death. Meanwhile, netizens have extended their condolences to the family and plead to fellow motorcycle riders to always wear protective gears.
