Young Lady Rider in Vigan Died After Hitting a Wall as She’s Not Wearing Helmet
YOUNG LADY RIDER – allegedly drunk teen lady not wearing a helmet died after hitting a wall while on her way home in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
In a report of GMA News’ “Balitang Amianan,” a 19-year-old female rider died after hitting a wall while on her way home in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur. The victim was identified as Thaleah Mae Renon, a criminology student, of Barangay Salendig.

Victor Renon, the victim’s father, said he plead to Thaleah Mae to come home already and offered to pick her up. But just a few minutes later, tragedy struck when the victim hit the concrete wall.
Thaleah Mae sustained severe head injuries and a broken leg that resulted in his death. According to the police report, the victim was drunk while driving and was running fast.
Police also said that Thaleah was not wearing a helmet that could have saved her. Victor was deeply saddened by what happened to his daughter but he just thought that the Lord might have a different plan for them.
Meanwhile, a woman who also not wearing head protection died after hitting a dog roaming in the street while she was riding her motorcycle in Biliran. A 41-years-old lady was declared dead on arrival after the motorcycle driven by her husband hit a dog in the street.
