Male Victim Passes Away After Accidentally Hit by Truck
A certain man passes away after accidentally hit by a truck along Congressional Avenue Extension in Quezon City.
A truck driver accidentally hit his passenger and immediately passed away due to the incident. The accident reportedly happened along Congressional Avenue Extension in Quezon City while the man is trying to remove the barrier from the truck.
In the video, it can be seen that the man together with two other guys is chasing the truck while trying to remove the barrier that has been entangled by the vehicle. The accidentally stumbled and got struck by the huge vehicle.
According to a witness, the two other guys are personnel of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). The alleged DPWH employees reportedly attacked and pushed the victim.
The driver identified as Allan Pagustan that he did not noticed the man. He immediately surrendered to the police authorities although it was an accident. He is facing charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.

The police authorities are already conducting an investigation to identify the two guys who chased the truck.
