Five Men Arrested In Drug Den In Panabo City, Davao Del Norte
PANABO CITY – Five people were recently arrested in a joint buy bust operation in a drug den in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte.
The operation was conducted by operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region XI, Davao del Norte Police Office Provincial Intelligence Branch and the local city police, according to a report from ABS-CBN News.
The targets of the operation were married couple Igmedio Ocba and Levi Ocba, who were both under the local city drugs watchlist.
The two were alleged to be the maintainers of the said drug den.
Three more, identified as Norgen Maguindanao, Danny Marsamolom, at Cristituto Salada, were also arrested in a joint operation.
Confiscated from the suspects were suspected illegal drugs which are worth at about P165,000.
They will face charges for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs act of 2002, based on the report.
In a separate report, a ‘plantito’ was recently arrested in Barangay Carapdapan, Arteche, Eastern Samar.

The authorities saw the suspect watering his plants after they failed to catch violators.
Retrieved from the suspect were two suspected Maryjane plants which allegedly came from the suspect.
