Finally, after some months of speculations surrounding the abrupt exit from show business of couple Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson, they confirmed that they are now parents to their son Jude. Based on a previous article, they shared this great news in their first video blog in YouTube.

They shares some glimpses of their journey to becoming parents and they are glad that their son is warmly welcomed by the people. To recall, it was way back in September 2020 that Janella and Markus first confirmed their relationship to the public which is actually just a month before she finally gave birth.

And finally speaking about their little family, Markus opened up that the reason why they kept the pregnancy and the baby away from the public’s eyes is because of their fear. They certainly know how harsh the world can be. The new parents waited for the right time and the right time for them is the start of a new year.

“Well, alam naman na one day we are going to release him to the world na sobrang natakot kami nung una because we knew that the world is very harsh and right now isn’t the very best environment. Well, now it is. Kaya nga inilabas namin. Pero noong una, talagang we want to shield him from everything and keep everything as quiet as possible,” Paterson said in the online show “We Rise Together.”

Accordingly, the pregnancy of Janella is kept within a small circle of people. Moreover, the announcement they made was “a huge weight off their shoulders”. Sharing more being a first time father, Paterson talked about being not able to feel anything the first he saw his son.

What he just knew that moment then is that everything he will do from on will be all for Jude.
