CESAR MONTANO – Following the revelation of his son with beauty queen, another child of Cesar Montano surfaced online, who could be the mother?
Former beauty queen Sandra Seifert “Love actually” post which featured Cesar Montano with her son became people’s confirmation that the actor must be the father. The little boy’s arm is wrapped around his neck while he is lovingly kissing him on the cheek. As per reports, the boy is already five years old.

Kath is the current partner of the actor who is also the woman behind Cesar’s viral video where he is greeting “Happy Birthday Kagawad Chris”. The video went viral last November 2018. It was just this year that the actor introduced the woman in an reenactment video.
Meanwhile, other woman that the got linked to were model Sophie Rankin, former actress Krista Miller, adult film star Maria Ozawa, and many others. He has child or children with his first wife Marilyn Polinga, actress Teresa Loyzaga, and with is ex-wife Sunshine. Their marriage got nullified last 2018.
