Jeepney Drivers Start to Sell Vegetables Due to Months of “Tigil Pasada”

The jeepney drivers have started to sell vegetables along Blumentritt in Manila due to months of “Tigil Pasada” amid the health crisis.

The jeepney drivers are only some of the employees who lost their livelihoods due to the current health situation in the Philippines. Some drivers were not allowed to operate to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease.
