Cebu City has the highest cases of COVID-19. Starting June 16, it was returned to Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) due to its increasing cases.

The COVID-19 exempts no one. Several cases proved that even the young and healthy individuals can be infected by this disease. A person may even be positive for it even without showing any symptoms at all.

In Cebu City, one of those who contracted COVID-19 is the mother of veteran actress Chanda Romero. Previously, the actress was seeking plasma donations for her mother from the coronavirus survivors.
