Pinoy Man Distributes Relief Goods In Spider-Man Costume
PINOY MAN – Instead of just wearing a disposable face mask, this Pinoy man decided to wear a Spider-man costume while distributing relief goods to his neighbors.
Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte placed Luzon under “enhanced community quarantine” (ECQ) to control the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus. He recently extended the quarantine period until April 30.
The government allotted billions to provide aid to the poor families affected by the quarantine. Celebrities like Bela Padilla, Alden Richards, and Angelica Panganiban are also offering a helping hand amid the pandemic.
Aside from the government, billionaires, and celebrities, people who have extra money are helping as well. In times of emergency, we see kindness, empathy, and compassion from our countrymen and it undeniably made us proud to be a Pinoy.
Recently, a citizen of Tarlac who wore a Spider-man costume while distributing relief goods to the families affected by the coronavirus crisis caught the attention of netizens. He no doubt became a hero of his neighbors after giving them aid amid the pandemic.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN News, the kind-hearted man is a photographer named Estefred Cordero Jr. He decided to wear Spider-man costume so that he could also bring happiness to his community.
It can be seen in the photos that his neighbors were smiling while receiving his relief goods. His food packs include eggs, pancit-mami, hotdogs, and vegetables.
