Angelica Panganiban Prepares Meals For Frontliners, Fire Victims in Caloocan
ANGELICA PANGANIBAN – Banana Sundae star Angelica Panganiban prepared delicious meals for the frontliners and residents affected by the recent fire in Caloocan.
The 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is challenging all people to show love and compassion towards other people especially to the frontliners who are risking their lives just to save the coronavirus patients.
Health officials and governments struggle to control the spread of the deadly virus. The medical workers are the ones experiencing most of the difficulty.
Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban is the latest celebrity to lead a relief effort amid the coronavirus pandemic. She decided to prepare 300 ready-to-eat-meals for the COVID-19 frontliners and victims of the recent fire in Caloocan.
The 33-year-old actress who co-owns a pub in Quezon City thanked her business partners for letting her use the kitchen for her relief efforts. She also expressed her gratitude to the chef and the people who help her prepare the food packs.
Among the celebrities who helped Angelica Panganiban during the packing of the ready-to-eat meals are Barbie Emperial, Pocholo Barretto, and Smokey Manaloto. Her friends Marco Gumabao and Chie Filomeno donated money for her relief efforts.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Heart Center, and Diliman Doctors Hospital are among the organizations that will receive her food packs.
