ITS SHOWTIME – Kapamilya noon time show “Its Showtime” aired live with empty seats for live studio audience amid the coronavirus scare.

Due to the rising number of infected patients in the Philippines of coronavirus, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte declared a state of public health emergency. This prompted several establishments and institutions to announce class suspensions, events to be cancelled, and even the banning of live studio audience in media network giants such as ABS-CBN and GMA.

Based on the statements of the networks, the banning of live studio audience affecting some of their programs is just temporary and this is just for safety purposes for many people and prevent the spreading of the virus. The Kapamilya shows affected are“It’s Showtime,” “ASAP Natin ‘To,” “Magandang Buhay,” “Banana Sundae,” and “I Can See Your Voice.” While in the other network, among the affected are Eat Bulaga and Wowowin.

And now, in Showtime’s yesterday episode, the hosts expressed their statement as they resumed to give happiness and entertainment to the people and their viewers. The once jam-packed studio was left with empty seats.
