BATO DELA ROSA – Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa has this reaction knowing that many people are urging him to resign as a senator.
After expressing and belittling the more than 11,000 workers who will lose their jobs once the ABS-CBN network shuts down, Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa received intense criticisms from the netizens and some famous celebrities. He said in his statement regardless of the number of the workers, what could it do compared to the whole Filipino nation the network has been accordingly fooling for a long time if it is confirmed.
This is all amid the ABS-CBN network‘s battle for their franchise renewal to which President Rodrigo Roa Duterte threatened to do all means for the network to close down. The network have accordingly did not air his campaign ads during the presidential election in 2016 despite the fact that he has paid for it.
And now, Dela Rosa is facing intense criticisms and some are actually even urging him to resign already just like what DJ Chacha has said as she took a swipe against him previously. The hashtag #BatoResign even trended on Twitter. And his reaction to all of it? Just like a child to another he’s having conflict with, he could just pinch his one eye down with his pointing finger and show his eyeball in a teasing manner.
