Lady Customer Shares Experience Modus Operandi From Famous Fast-Food Chain
A lady customer has reminded fellow customers to always count their change after experiencing a modus from a fast-food restaurant.
Recently, Rose Gasper, a Facebook user, shared an incident that happened while she was buying food at a fast-food restaurant, where she almost received less money than she was supposed to get from a transaction.
The post quickly spread like wildfire online and garnered various reactions from the online community.

According to Rose, she discovered that her change was short by P200. Fortunately, she counted the money immediately after receiving it and noticed the missing amount right away. Because she checked her change on the spot, the issue was addressed before she left the establishment.
In her post, Rose encouraged everyone to develop the habit of counting their change no matter where they make a purchase. She explained that she had heard similar stories before but did not fully believe that such incidents could happen until she experienced one herself.
She also pointed out that cashiers usually count the change in front of customers as part of standard procedure. However, she noticed that the money handed to her was folded, which made her decide to check it carefully.

Gasper said that if she had not counted the money immediately, she could have unknowingly lost the missing amount.
Rose added that she was prepared to have the establishment review its CCTV footage if necessary, as she wanted the matter to be clarified properly. She also expressed concern for other customers who might not notice if they receive incomplete change during a transaction.
