Former actress and host Kris Aquino was born in February 14, 1971 with full and real name Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino. She is the youngest daughter of the slain senator Benigno Aquino Jr. and the late Corazon Aquino, the 11th President of the Philippines.
Coming from a clan of politician, she paved her way and made a name as a television host, actress, producer, product endorser and businesswoman, instead. It was her brother Benigno S. Aquino III served as the 15th President of the Philippines from 2010 until 2016.
And this year, she will be turning 48 years old. As a celebration, she opted to spend it as quiet as possible based on what she shared on social media. She will be having a “long, wellness birthday retreat”. She added, “I’m basically on my own, except poor bincai also has to join me do the nature walks, relaxation yoga, introduction to meditation, or watch over my sessions of aqua therapy, more acupuncture etc. because i’m still on a lot of maintenance medicines.”
Moreover, it is going to be quiet because her aim to be the healthiest that she can be and this journey, as per her, is something she is going to take privately but looking forward to sharing what she will learn and gain from that. For her, integral part of physical and emotional healing is silence and solitude.
Kris is know as someone who advocates lupus awareness, children’s rights, LGBT rights, culture and art appreciation, freedom of expression, and democratic reforms. She is as well on top when it comes to endorsing products.
