PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Updates (January 25)
LATEST WEATHER UPDATE – The state weather bureau PAGASA reported some parts of the country would experience cloudy conditions and isolated rains.
On Saturday (January 25, 2020), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The easterlies would continue to affect the country’s weather conditions.
PAGASA reported that the easterlies would bring cloudy conditions with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro Oriental, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region, and SOCCSKSARGEN.
The weather system would also bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and CALABARZON. The combined effects of easterlies and localized thunderstorms would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the remaining parts of the country.
The weather agency also advised the residents in the areas affected by those weather systems to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods and landslides during heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over the northern and eastern sections of the country would be moderate to rough. Slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions are also expected over the rest of the country.
