Mixed Oil Price Adjustments Set on Tuesday (July 7, 2026)
FUEL PRICE UPDATE – Various gasoline stations in the country are set to implement mixed oil price adjustments next week.
Motorists may need to prepare for another increase in fuel costs as diesel prices are expected to go up again next week. Fuel companies expected that diesel could go up by as much as P3 per liter, while gasoline prices may either increase slightly or decrease.
The projected adjustments are based on the latest trading data from the international fuel market and foreign exchange movements.

Recent developments in the Middle East continue to influence fuel prices around the world. Attacks on commercial vessels and military actions involving the United States and Iran have raised concerns about the stability of shipping operations in the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important routes for oil transport.
Crude oil prices have shown signs of easing in recent days. Improved expectations surrounding peace efforts between the United States and Iran have helped calm fears of major supply disruptions.
However, this has not been enough to hugely reduce the pressure on diesel prices.

Gasoline prices have followed a different trend. Strong demand across Asia and limited fuel exports from China have provided support to prices, but adequate supply in the region has prevented larger increases.
Gasoline prices next week could either rise by as much as P1 per liter or drop by the same amount.
Fuel companies are expected to announce their latest adjustments after the Department of Energy releases its weekly pricing guidance. Any approved changes will take effect the following day.
This week, oil firms have already raised the fuel prices of gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.
