Sam Verzosa Says Healing After Rhian Ramos Split Is Still a Work in Progress
SAM VERZOSA – Months after his breakup with Rhian Ramos, Sam Verzosa has admitted that moving on is proving to be more difficult than many people think.
Celebrity entrepreneur Sam Verzosa candidly admitted that he is still struggling to move on from his breakup with actress Rhian Ramos, saying that healing is taking time and remains a work in progress. During a recent media interview at an event, Sam was asked whether he had already fully recovered from the end of their relationship. He responded honestly, “HINDI pa nga eh.”
He went on to explain, “Hindi naman basta-basta ‘yun. Nasa proseso pa ‘yun,” acknowledging that moving on from someone he deeply cared about is not something that happens overnight.
When asked what he misses the most about Rhian, Sam gave a heartfelt answer: “‘Yung pagmamahal niya.”
The businessman also reflected on how much effort he invested in saving their relationship, saying, “I did everything. I gave it my all. Inilaban ko hanggang dulo.”
Despite his openness, Sam emphasized that he no longer wants to dwell on his past relationship out of respect for the actress. He admitted that repeatedly discussing their breakup has started to make him uncomfortable.
“Nahihiya na nga ako sa kanya. It’s been months. Sabi ko nga kay Tito Boy [Abunda], huling beses ko nang pag-uusapan. Nakakahiya,” he said.
He further explained, “Baka sabihin, wala tayong [respeto]. Medyo matagal na. Parang binubuhay pa natin ‘yung wala na.”
“Tapos na ‘yun, eh. Respeto ko na rin ‘yun sa kanya,” he said.
Meanwhile, Sam also addressed rumors linking him to a social media influencer following his split from Rhian. He firmly denied the speculation, stressing that there is no truth behind the circulating stories.
“Wala talaga ‘yun. Kalokohan ‘yun,” said Sam.
He added, “Hindi naman ako basta-basta pumapatol at gagawa ng mga ganoong bagay. Nagulat ako kung saan galing ‘yun. Kahit sino pwedeng magsalita at pwedeng sakyan.”
Sam also maintained that he has no reason to hide the truth about his personal life.
“Hindi ko kailangang magsinungaling. I tell it as it is. Kapag wala, wala. Kung mayroon, mayroon,” he said.
Before ending the interview, the entrepreneur appealed to netizens to stop creating false stories about his private life, reiterating that he has always been transparent with the public.
“Wala talaga ‘yun. Lahat inaamin ko. I don’t need to lie. Hiwalay na kami. Ano pang kailangan kong patunayan?” Sam said.
