Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson apparently did something good to Bea Alonzo amid the controversy that happened between them.
The stars of ABS-CBN went viral on social media these past weeks because of the cheating allegation against Julia and Gerald, while the latter was still known to be the boyfriend of Bea that time.
Bea received overflowing support from netizens on social media as well as from her friends in the entertainment industry. On the other hand, criticisms and bashing rained over Julia and Gerald. Somehow, the issue affected the Between Maybes stars in a negative way.
Aside from criticisms, netizens also noticed Julia’s absence in a recent TV ad and it was only Joshua Garcia, her former love team partner and ex-boyfriend. Previously, both of them are the endorsers of the popular Pinoy fast-food chain.
Meanwhile, netizens congratulated Bea for her upcoming project with Richard Gutierrez. She also shared on her recent post that more projects are lining up for her. Apparently, there is another good thing that the controversy with Julia and Gerald brought to Bea.

Based on the report by entertainment columnist Dolly Ann Carvajal for Inquirer, a product that Bea is endorsing increased its sales. “Looks like Bea got the public’s sympathy. After the ghosting controversy hit the headlines, our sales improved,” the owner of the establishment shared.

Now, that the issue has subsided, the three main characters move on with their lives. After the bad breakup, apparently, Bea was able to find a beauty with it. Could be a blessing in disguise?
