Maja Salvador is back to work

Her Majesty Maja Salvador talked about her hosting stint on TV5‘s game show Emojination.

Maja took a break from showbiz when she got pregnant. Now that she is able to bring her daughter Maria on the set, she started accepting showbiz projects again.

For now, Maja prefers lighter engagements since her priority is still taking care of her child. In a recent interview, the actress expressed gratitude to the Kapatid network for understanding her situation as a mother and her desire to go back to work.

In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Maja Salvador shared that she loves the energy in Emojination. They are happy in the studio and she is just working for eight hours and this is just how long she is away from her daughter.

Sometimes, she would bring Maria to the studio and this was the reason why she considered this show as the project she wanted to do for her showbiz comeback after her “maternity leave.”

Right now, Maja said that she will focus on hosting because she is challenged by this as she needs to interact with everyone she meets in the show.

“Kapag artista ka, o acting alam mo ‘yung ginagampanan mo pero minsan may role na never mo pang na-experience at kailangan mong mag-jump sa emosyon kasi ‘yun ang requirement sa script,” Maja Salvador.

She is happy with her hosting stint because she gets to talk to different people. Their contestants are from different walks of life and professions such as teachers and magicians. These contestants will share their inspiring stories as well.

Aside from being an actress and singer, Maja is also a talent manager with her Crown Artist Management, Inc. When asked how she handled all these roles, she said, “Hindi ko rin po alam kung paano, pero isa lang ang masasabi ko, hindi ako puwedeng mag-reklamo kasi ginusto ko ito.”
