Ivana Alawi Reminder Ahead Of Halalan 2025: “Huwag tayong boboto dahil sikat.”

Here’s the reminder of Ivana Alawi to people ahead of the election.

Actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi reminds people to vote mindfully and consider the reputation, and not just according to a candidate’s fame.

On May 12, millions of people are again to exercise their right to vote in the midterm elections. They will be selecting new leaders for national and local positions. To allow people to do this, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has declared May 12 a special non-working holiday.

Ahead of the election, actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi reminded people about voting mindfully through a vlog. In one of her newest videos, she realized how high the current prices are, and the continuous increase only made living, providing, and surviving more difficult, most especially for the poor.

With the realizations, she appealed to the public to vote for the right person for a position. Voting mindfully is a step forward to a better and cleaner government that can help alter the difficult situations many people are currently in.

“Lahat talaga hirap na hirap. Kita naman natin ang struggle ng ating mga mangingisda. Kita rin natin ang struggle ng ating mga vendors sa palengke,” she said and added based on her video, “Kaya lagi ko kayong nire-remind na sana sa darating na eleksyon, bumoto tayo nang tama. Mag-isip tayo bago tayo bumoto. Huwag tayong boboto dahil sikat. Dapat ‘yung mayroong gagawin talaga sa bansa natin.”
