Content Creator Shared Encounter w/ Woman Suffering From Psoriasis
A content creator shared a touching encounter with a woman suffering from psoriasis after being judged by others.
Psoriasis is a skin condition that often causes people to be unfairly judged or avoided in public. It is not contagious, but many people still misunderstand it.
Recently, Sensui Jay Ortega, a Facebook user, shared how he met the woman at a mall in Antipolo. She had been approaching different people, but many seemed uncomfortable or hesitant to come near her. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
It turned out she wasn’t begging or causing trouble, the woman simply wanted water and help getting to a bus terminal so she could go home.
Moved by her situation, Sensui bought her water and made sure she got a ride to the terminal. While talking to her, he noticed she was smart and well-spoken, and it became clear that her condition didn’t define her.
The poor lady was simply dealing with a serious skin illness that affected her appearance.
Ortega was saddened on how people reacted when she boarded the bus. Several passengers got off, likely out of fear or discomfort. Although he understood their concern, it frustrated him to see someone treated that way because of a health condition.
The woman, despite her condition, was calm, kind, and simply trying to get home. The content creator hoped she made it safely and encouraged her, if possible, to avoid going out in the extreme heat, which could worsen her condition.

“Nakita ko lang po sya sa rob antipolo kung sino sino nilapitan nya pero feeling nandidiri ata gusto pala nya ng tubig atagpahatid sa bus terminal,so i decided na bilhan nlng sya ng water,,at ihabilin sa bus station isakay sa bus,,pero pag kausap ko sya ramdam kong matalino syang babae,,may sakit lang talaga sya sa balat,,pag sakay ko sa kanya ung mga nasa bus nagalisan so parang ako yung nainis hype na mga yan pero diki din nmn sila masisi takot sila,,pero sana makauwi ka po ng ok ka,,wag na lumabas sobrang init ang hapdi siguro nun”
