When PAGCOR official Jimmy Bondoc‘s post appeared to be attacking ABS-CBN, Kapamilya stars joined forces and used their social media accounts to defend their mother network.
However, this was not the same scenario that showbiz columnists saw when GMA was under fire due to what happened to Eddie Garcia.
Kapuso stars chose to be silent and only a few have been vocal in defending the Kapuso network to avoid being criticized, according to the report.
Actress Diana Zubiri was one of the Kapuso stars who defended her mother network. She proved that there were paramedics on the set of Dragon Lady.
Character actor Dindo Arroyo was accused of “nagpapapapel” to GMA for more projects when he went against the theory that Eddie fell because he tripped on a cable wire.

Another Kapuso star who defended his mother network is actor-politician Alfred Vargas, based on the report.
“Sa experience ko sa GMA since 2005, sa lahat ng mga action scene na ginawa ko, sa mga scene na may danger, palaging may double at palaging may medical team,” he said.
