BINIBINING PILIPINAS 2019 – One of the candidates for this year’s Bb. Pilipinas Joanna Tolledo lambasted online over comment about sensitive issue.
Among the most serious mental sickness that some people have slowly opening up about the matter is depression. It does not just takes someone’s chance to be happy and feel good about themselves but it also take their lives. This illness has already killed a lot – not just people but also their dreams and drive to live.
Being among the most sensitive issues of today, Binibining Pilipinas 2019 candidate Joanna Tolledo was made to comment about this but what she said has seemingly left a bad taste to some.
“Depression. I’m a Psychology major and I studied depression when I was in college. And I’m a grade school guidance counselor as well and I have students who are experiencing depression. And I am always telling them that if you believe in yourself… If you know yourself and who you want to be, then you will not experience depression,” she answered.

I wonder how does she handle her students or what advice does she have them
Depression is something no one will understand fully unless they had it themselves. That sickness is a whole different monster.
Baka naman kinabahan kaya hindi na explain ng maayos Yung sagot nya. Mahirap kaya mag explain in English kung may time limit at hindi ka sanay mag English.
