Video of Male Passenger Attempting To Steal From Young Lady’s Bag Inside Jeepney Elicits Comments Online
A male passenger attempting to steal from the bag of a young lady inside a public jeepney was caught on camera and the video is now making rounds online.
Nowadays, the jeepney is one of the most popular public utility vehicles in the Philippines offering cheaper fares to Filipino passengers.
However, commuters may also experience trouble and inconvenience along with their fellow passengers while heading to their point of destinations at times.
Theft and criminals were may be performing their illegal activities inside the public jeepneys victimizing the commuters.
Recently, Facebook page “Pinoy Viral Videos” has shared the video footage of a male passenger attempting to steal from the bag of a young lady commuter.
In the video, the middle-aged man stealthily opening the bag of his target but the young lady immediately lifts her bag after noticing his modus.

“Please be alert lalo na kapag nasa jeep kayo! 😭
This happened kaninang umaga pagsakay ko ng jeep byaheng Dau to Angeles. Usually sa likod ako ng driver umuupo o kaya likod ng passenger seat pero bago ako makapunta dun umusog yung matanda para bigyan ako ng space. Pagkaupo ko medyo nafeel ko there’s something wrong pero hinayaan ko nalang baka mabait naman yung matanda at hindi sya katulad ng mga napapanood ko. Habang nagphophone ako at enjoy na enjoy biglang meron akong nafeel na kumakapkap sa bag ko and pagtingin ko 💥bukas na ang bag ko. Bigla kong chineck yung wallet ko and thank God nandun pa. (Hindi na to kasali sa clip) Sinabihan pa nya ako, “ayy ot gagaga ya”! 😡 Sino ba hindi maiiyak lalo na kung babae ka. Bigla ako natahimik kasi natatakot ako baka meron syang 🔪. Pagkababa nya chineck ko yung bag ko ulit. Nakuha nya yung coin purse at makikita sa last part ng video na nilagay nya sa upuan nya. Nagpapasalamat parin ako kasi yun lang nakuha nya at safe ako! 🙇🏼♀️
Sobrang traumatic nung experience! 😭Pagbaba ko sa jeep nilapitan ako ni kuya na nagvideo para isend sa akin ‘to. Thank you sayo kuya 😭 at meron clip na nakuhanan mukha nung matanda. Sabi ni kuya natatakot din daw sya na kunan yung mukha nung mandurukot.
Sana magsilbing lesson ito sa mga sumasakay ng jeep na maging maingat sa mga gamit nila at iwasan tumutok sa phone. Baka makasakay nyo din po sya. Mag-ingat po lagi!
