Kris Aquino’s Ex-Manager Nicko Falcis Faced With Arrest Warrant
ARREST WARRANT – Taguig Court released a warrant of arrest against Kris Aquino’s former business partner and manager, Nicko Falcis.
The issues between actress Kris Aquino and her former business partner and manager Nicko Falcis which involved money matters is not yet over. Even the siblings of Falcis have spoken up on the issue and defended him.
Previously, Aquino filed a qualified theft case against Falcis but it was dismissed by the court. Makati Prosecutor junked the case for the “lack of probable cause”.
Following the dismissal of the case filed by Kris Aquino against her former business partner and manager Nicko Falcis, the latter is faced with another legal battle.
Based on a recent social media post on the Facebook page of CNN Philippines, an arrest warrant against Kris Aquino’s former business manager and partner Nicko Falcis was released.
The said warrant of arrest was reportedly issued a Taguig Court over violation of Republic Act. No. 8484 or the Access Device Regulation Act of 1998.
Based on the CNN post, the bail for Falcis is set at Php 60,000.00 and the order states that he should be immediately brought to the court. Here is the order:
